Xing Yi is a style of Qi Gong derived from Xing Yi Quan, a sister style of Tai Ji Quan (tai chi chuan) and Ba Gua Zhang. In Portland, OR Jim Alan teaches private and group classes a style of Xing Yi popularized by the late Master Kenny Gong. Qi Gong nourishes the body and the soul through the practice of conscious breathing and movement.
